We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” benefits system. We know that all of our people are different, so we offer a points system that allows our employees to choose the benefits that are right for them.

In addition, while we offer an extended mental health benefit option, we also ensure that our team can access free mental health sessions with a counsellor throughout the year if they need support.
Our Environmental Sustainability Strategy
Being a fully remote company has its benefits when it comes to our environmental impact, but we’re committed to doing more.
We’ve set up policies to ensure that we’re doing as much as we can in a remote context to be environmentally responsible, such as disposing our e-waste in the right way and encouraging good environmental stewardship in our home offices through policies and resources.
We’ve also set up KPIs around green travel to ensure that we lower our emissions year on year when we travel either to meet clients, or to get together as a team.
In addition, we’re committed to putting our data decarbonisation ideals into action in our own company.
