DP World was faced with a problem - an outdated document management system and approximately 20,000 documents to manage intelligently and efficiently. Brave & Heart were enlisted to provide an overhauled system to meet the complex needs of a growing and dynamic organisation.

We carried out extensive and thorough research into the initial system’s capabilities and limitations and in depth discussions with stakeholders to understand the user's requirements, we began to design a new system. with an understanding of the challenges, coupled with our extensive digital experience and creative outlook, we designed an innovative 360 solution to revolutionise DP World’s document management system.

Throughout the course of this project, the B&H team facilitated a successful transition from their legacy system to a supercharged, responsive system with an improved user interface, streamlined document creation and approval processes, personalised views, and enhanced search capabilities.

This new system allows DPW to harness Power BI and easily answer audit queries and carry out ad-hoc reporting at anytime.

In addition to improving the system, we enhanced the process of managing documents and created a bespoke app that provides a state-of-the-art solution for recording strategic data. This revolutionised process was developed using DP World’s existing licenses, enabling a cost-effective rollout to all employees without additional ongoing costs.
